Engineer – Jr. Sales

Job Description:

1. Customer Data Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database to understand client needs and preferences.

• Conduct cold calls, emails, and visits to leads and potential customers.

2. Market Research: Explore the market landscape to identify potential sales opportunities.

• Assess and understand evolving customer needs.

3. Quotation and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver quotations showcasing the value proposition with the help of senior.

• Engage in follow-ups and negotiation processes to secure mutually beneficial deals

4. CRM Maintenance: Take ownership of the CRM system.

• Ensure it's up-to-date with accurate information to streamline customer interactions.

5. Presentation to Potential Customers: Give presentations to potential customers.

• Convert leads and prospects into customers.

6. Record Maintenance: Maintain records of sales efforts and visit data following established procedures

7. Order Status Updates: Follow up and update seniors and the team on the status of orders.

8. Quotation Preparation and Follow-up: Prepare quotations and diligently follow up with customers.

9. Assistance in Tendering Process: Provide support in the tendering process

10. Inquiry Processing: Responsible for processing inquiries through various channels, including personal visits, emails, and phone calls.

11. Presentation and Seminar Participation: Make presentations and actively participate in seminars.

12. Order Status Updates: Follow up and update on the status of orders to seniors and the team.

13. Record Keeping: Update records and maintain relevant documents.

14. Coordination and communication decision with leads and customer
