Job Description:

1. Achieving Sales target Consistently for the Company:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the manufacturing sector.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their technical specifications to clients.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to develop customized proposals that meet the specific requirements of clients.

 

2. Team-Handling:

  • Project Management: Oversee the successful execution of sales projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions in contracts with clients, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, motivating them to achieve individual and collective targets
  • Training and Development: Continuously train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in sales activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes, systems, and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and generate leads.
