Job Title: Marketing Executive – Property Listings Management
About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing property listings to maximize visibility and optimize bookings on various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and optimize property listings across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).
- Ensure all property listings are accurate, visually appealing, and compliant with platform standards.
- Monitor listing performance, including search rankings, reviews, and overall visibility.
- Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure the content aligns with guest expectations and promotes successful bookings.
- Analyze listing metrics, generate insights, and prepare performance reports to assess improvements and trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or OTA listing management.
- Proficiency in using popular online booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and trends is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
