About the Role:

We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative duties. The role involves ensuring a smooth workflow and providing essential support to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and handling the onboarding of new employees.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Maintain accurate employee records and handle all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from hiring to exits.
• Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate payroll processing, including managing salaries, deductions, and benefits.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage office maintenance, vendor coordination, procurement, and compliance tasks to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
• Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• HR Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance.
• Attendance & Leave Monitoring: Track attendance and manage leave records for employees.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Competencies: Ability to handle confidential information, multitask efficiently, and work under pressure.
