About the Role:
The Night Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations during night hours, acting as the primary point of contact for guest services, handling guest concerns, and overseeing the performance of the night shift staff. The role includes monitoring property safety, cleanliness, and operations to ensure a seamless guest experience during the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for guest services, addressing guest needs and concerns during the night shift.
• Oversee the safety and security of the property, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Monitor cleanliness and maintenance standards across the property, reporting issues to the appropriate departments.
• Supervise night shift staff, providing guidance and ensuring efficient operations.
• Prepare detailed nightly operational reports and ensure smooth handover to the day team.
• Assist with any emergency situations or incidents, coordinating with management and emergency services as necessary.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle guest and staff interactions.
• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• A proactive approach to ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards.
