Job Description:
  • The Disaster Recovery Analyst is responsible for supporting small to medium sized projects, DR operations activities and compliance related tasks.
  • Coordinates cross functional teams to develop Disaster recovery plans.
  • Works with key stakeholders to review and approve Business Impact Analysis assessments.
  • Utilizes Business Continuity Management tool and contributes to the selection of platform enhancements when needed.
  • Will be responsible for assisting with Disaster Recovery projects and user acceptance testing associated with new tool deployments.
  • This person will work with key stakeholders to develop and implement disaster recovery test plans to support periodic disaster recovery testing for all divisions.
  • It is a Cloud-focused company therefore the disaster recovery plans need to address both on-prem and Cloud recovery requirements.
  • This will entail working in a matrixed organization and will require collaboration with peers utilizing a broad technical knowledge of infrastructure and applications.

Required

  • 2 years of experience directly related to the area of Disaster Recovery.
  • Project management experience.
  • Be a team player committed to the mission and continuous development of the Disaster Recovery program, peers, and co. customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate to all levels of staff and management, customers (internal and external), and vendors.
  • Must understand a broad level of IT infrastructure, database and application development and design.
  • Must have a broad working knowledge of Disaster Recovery best practices.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Must be a fast learner, confident, motivated, sensitive to details, organized and able to work on deadlines.

  • Work location- Mumbai BKC
  • Working days- Mon to Fri
  • Working Time- should be flexible as will be handling global projects of different countries
  • Payroll company- Talisman HR Solutions Pvt limited, role will be renewable every 1 year basis on the performance.
