Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Offshore Sr. Vendor Risk Management Specialist to join our Cybersecurity Risk Management team. This role is pivotal in evaluating and monitoring third-party risks, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of risk management principles, excellent analytical skills, outstanding communication and collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks.

• Core Job Responsibilities

  • Third-Party Risk Evaluation: Conduct thorough reviews of material vendor relationships and programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Abbott’s vendor relationships, acting as a key liaison between offshore resources and onshore teams.
  • Risk Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and report on various risk areas that could impact Abbott, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address any operational challenges related to third-party risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vendor performance and risk management, ensuring offshore resources meet or exceed expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to enhance risk management processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Cybersecurity Vendor Risk Management team.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all activities adhere to Abbott policies, industry regulations, and best practices, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.

• Work location- Mumbai BKC
• Working days- Mon to Fri
• Working Time- should be flexible with timings as will be handling global projects of different countries
• Payroll company- Talisman HR Solutions Pvt limited, role will be renewable every 1 year basis on the performance.
• Reports to the Director of Cybersecurity Vendor Risk Management
