Job Description:
We are hiring a Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager in Gujarat.
Position: Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager
Payroll: On company payroll
Reports to: Branch Manager/Area Sales Manager
Location: Field-based with front-end customer interactions
Scope of Work:
- Act as the primary interface with customers, providing tailored home loan solutions.
- Conduct field travel, site promotions, group meetings, and client visits to generate leads.
- Handle walk-ins and deliver presentations on home loan benefits.
- Execute branding and marketing activities in designated catchment areas.
- Manage documentation and ensure compliance with loan processing protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets (both value and volume) and drive lead generation.
- Provide detailed product information and ensure effective customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Promote products through presentations, meetings, and local marketing initiatives.
- Ensure fresh bounce collections and maintain updates on sales collaterals.

- Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ensuring effective customer service and resolution of issues.
- Maintaining a strong presence in the catchment area through promotional activities.
- Accurate documentation and efficient sales processes.
Capabilities and Competencies:
- High customer service orientation with strong conversion skills.
- Excellent sales, persuasion, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in English, regional language, and Hindi (preferred).
- Competent in MS Office, email, and web-based systems.
- Confident, well-groomed, and capable of building trust with customers.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in loan sales, preferably home loans.
- Must have a proven record of earning incentives in the current role.
- Preferred background in BFSI/NBFC sectors.
Qualifications:
- 12th Pass and Any Graduate
Age & Social Profile:
- 21 to 30 years.
Salary:
- CTC: ₹1.50 LPA - ₹2.90 LPA (negotiable based on experience).
