Position:        Utility Operator

Location:         Dahej

Experience:     4-6 Years

Industries:       Packaging

Responsibilities:

• To carry out smooth operations of Utilities like air compressors, nitrogen plant and chilling plants and air dryer in all shifts at optimum availability and efficiency level.
• To operate utility equipment in safe, efficient and economical manner, and in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Operating knowledge of the operating principles of equipment used in the utility equipment is must.
• To identity and list down all critical and general spare parts, consumables and tools required for utility maintenance activities in coordination with utility engineer and ensure the inventory of spares.
• To follow shift schedule strictly and ensure utility operations during shifts and ensure minimum interruptions.
• To ensure efficient and safe operation of Solvent Recovery Plant.
• Manage the disposal of effluent water generated from utility as per company environment policy.
• Maintain documentation & reports related utility operations, operating parameters in log sheets, downtime reports and chemical treatment parameters of Chilled Water and Colling Water.
• Day to Day monitoring of colling water parameters to maintain efficiency of colling tower at best level.

Required Skills

• Good communication & Organizational skills.
• Strong Team Player.
• Self-Driven.
• Computer expertise and proficiency with MS Windows, MS Office.
• Having sound knowledge of Chiller, Air Compressor, Nitrogen Plant, Air Dryer etc.
• Problem-solving abilities  during routine utility operations.

Required Qualification: - ITI - RFM/Diploma - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
