Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telecaller to join our team in Rudrapur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in telecalling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, assisting in lead generation, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, offer services/products, and promote company offerings.
• Answer inbound calls and provide information as needed.
• Follow-up on leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Maintain a detailed record of all interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Ensure that calls are handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Upsell and cross-sell products or services based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with the team to improve call handling and customer service.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards during all calls.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or customer service.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple calls simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of the products/services offered by the company.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.
• Knowledge of English,Hindi,Bengali is Require
• Good Computer Knowledge is Require
• MS-Excel Knowledge is Require
