Job Summary:

As a B2B Regional Head in the Gold Industry, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in B2B Business Development, Franchisee stores Development , Operations, Marketing trends, P&L, Revenue , Growth, Sourcing and Staffing with  a deep understanding of the gold industry, and exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

The Regional Head in the jewellery industry is a senior leadership role responsible for managing and driving the performance of multiple stores or business units within a specific geographic region. This role focuses on achieving business objectives, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring operational excellence. Here's a detailed breakdown of the role:

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Planning and Execution

o    Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
o    Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
o    Set performance targets for stores or sales teams in the region.
o    Market Analysis: Identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to develop actionable plans.
o    Goal Setting: Define sales targets, profitability goals, and operational objectives for the region.
o    Business Expansion: Oversee new store openings, relocations, or refurbishments to enhance regional presence. 

 

Sales and Revenue Management

o    Drive revenue growth by monitoring and improving sales performance.
o    Ensure that individual stores or teams meet their sales targets and KPIs.
o    Identify high-potential markets and devise strategies to capture market share.
o    Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded across all outlets.
o    Promotional Strategies: Develop and implement regional marketing campaigns to boost sales.
o    Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee initiatives to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

 

Team Leadership and Development

o    Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
o    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
o    Organize workshops and training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge of jewelry products.
o    Talent Management: Recruit, train, mentor store managers, sales teams and other key staff.
o    Performance Reviews: Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to enhance team productivity.
o    Conflict Resolution: Address operational or interpersonal issues within the team effectively.

 

Operational Oversight

o    Compliance and Risk Management :- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, industry regulations and ethical standards.
o    Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, minimize losses, and ensure the availability of key product lines. Optimize inventory levels, ensuring availability of popular products while minimizing overstock.
o     Process Improvement: Streamline operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure smooth operations across all stores or outlets in the region

 

Customer Experience Management

o    Ensure exceptional customer service across all stores.
o    Address escalated customer complaints and implement solutions to improve satisfaction.
o    Promote the brand's reputation and ensure all stores uphold its values and aesthetic.

 

Marketing and Branding

o    Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional campaigns and promotions.
o    Ensure consistent branding across all touch points in the region.
o    Organize and participate in regional trade shows, events, and exhibitions.
o    Ensure all stores maintain consistent branding, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
o    Act as the regional ambassador for the brand in interactions with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.

 

Financial Accountability

·        Budget Management: Allocate and monitor budgets for marketing, staffing, and store operations.
·        Prepare and manage regional budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
·        Identify areas to reduce costs without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
·        Profitability Analysis: Regularly review profit margins, cost control measures, and ROI on regional investments.
·        Analyze financial reports to assess profitability and operational efficiency.

 

Relationship Management

o    Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and clients.
o    Engage with high-value customers to enhance loyalty and retention.

 

Compliance and Risk Management

o    Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to the jewelry industry.
o    Manage risks, including theft prevention, fraud detection, and safety protocols.

 

Reporting and Communication

o    Provide regular reports to senior management on sales, operations, and team performance.
o    Share insights and recommendations for regional growth and improvement.

 

This role requires a blend of leadership, business acumen, and deep understanding of the jewelry industry, including trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
