Sr. Operations Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead production and operations for The Pant
Project. This role demands a deep understanding of apparel production, exceptional skills in
Shopify and Excel, and a proactive, hands-on approach to ensuring quality and meeting
timelines.
Job Location: Mumbai
Timings: 9.30am - 6.30pm
Working days : Mon-Sat (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate daily operations between the Mumbai office and the Daman factory, ensuring
seamless communication and workflow.
● Conduct regular factory visits to monitor production schedules, enforce quality
standards, and drive efficiency improvements.
● Manage orders and inventory using Shopify, ensuring real-time updates and high
customer satisfaction levels.
● Track and analyze production, inventory, and delivery metrics using Excel to inform
operational decisions.
● Oversee garment quality control processes, ensuring all products adhere to brand
specifications and quality benchmarks.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and introduce innovations
based on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 5+ years of experience in garment production or operations, preferably in
custom-fit apparel.
● Strong proficiency in Shopify and Excel for operational and inventory management.
● Proven ability to manage production timelines, maintain quality standards, and optimize
efficiency.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams
and external partners.
