Job Description:

We are hiring a Relationship Manager/Branch Sales Manager in Rajkot.

Position: Relationship Manager (RM) / Branch Sales Manager (BSM)

Sector: Banking (On-roll)
Profile: Retail Banking
Position: Relationship Manager (RM) / Branch Sales Manager (BSM)
Location: Rajkot
Salary: ₹5 LPA to ₹10 LPA
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Retail Banking
Qualification: Graduation is a must

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored financial solutions.

2. Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve branch sales targets through proactive sales strategies.
  • Drive cross-selling and up-selling of banking products like loans, accounts, and investment services.

3. Team Leadership (For BSM):

  • Lead and manage the branch sales team to meet performance goals.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

4. Business Development:

  • Identify and acquire new clients to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

5. Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Oversee documentation and verification processes for client transactions.

6. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and branch performance.
  • Analyze data to optimize branch operations and improve customer service.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services.
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities (for BSM role).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
