Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:
- Promote and sell construction chemicals such as adhesives, sealants, concrete additives, waterproofing materials, etc., to retailers and contractors.
- Generate new sales opportunities and expand the customer base through retail channels.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and contractors.
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve product issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge & Training:
- Stay up-to-date with product features, technical specifications, and industry trends.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for retail staff and customers on proper product application and usage.

Market Research & Reporting:
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to management.

Promotions & Campaigns:
- Support marketing initiatives by coordinating promotional activities, discounts, and special offers.
- Help design and execute in-store promotions and ensure product visibility.

Problem Solving:
- Identify customer challenges or objections and provide effective solutions.
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction chemicals, building materials, or related industries.

Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Solid understanding of construction chemicals and their applications.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex product details.
- Sales-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Other:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as required to meet customers, visit retail locations, and attend industry events.
