Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Sales Head for a reputed Company in Real Estate Industry at their Mumbai office location.

 

Designation: Sales Head

Department: Primary

Reports to: CEO

To optimize all aspects of the after sales experience for the customer and maintainingcustomer relationships to measure satisfaction and encourage future sales. The Sales Head works in close collaboration with the Post Sales and Collections team to ensure the achievement of performance targets and to contribute to the success of Organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's business goals and revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Forecast sales performance and allocate targets for teams and regions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with market demands.


Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in sales, negotiation, and client management.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide constructive feedback during performance reviews.
  • Build a high-performing sales culture through recognition, rewards, and development programs.


Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Drive the acquisition of new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Oversee negotiations and closing of high-value deals with key clients and investors.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
  • Act as the face of the organization in client meetings, events, and industry forums.


Operational Excellence

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Optimize the sales process to reduce turnaround time and enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee the creation of sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in all sales activities.


Reporting and Analytics

  • Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports to senior management.
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics, such as lead conversion rates, deal closures,and revenue growth.
  • Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and refine sales strategies.


Market Expansion and Networking

  • Identify and explore new markets, segments, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.

EducationandExperience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 13+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.
  • Familiarity with local real estate laws, market dynamics, and industry trends. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
