Job Description:

A Project Head (Automobile) is responsible for leading and managing automotive projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and control, as well as coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing project plans, and managing project timelines and resources.
Team Leadership:

Leading and motivating project teams, providing direction, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Stakeholder Management:

Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and other departments.
Budget Management:

Developing and managing project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Risk Management:

Identifying and mitigating project risks, developing contingency plans, and ensuring project success.
Quality Management:

Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Reporting and Communication:

Providing regular project status updates to stakeholders, preparing reports, and facilitating project meetings.
Technical Knowledge:

Having a strong understanding of automotive engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and relevant industry standards.
