  • Responsibilities and Duties

·         Attend all after Sales Service requests.

·         Accordingly arrange for Replacement/ Repairing of Defective products.

  • Arranging & Calling Technicians for service and update the tracker.
  • Service, TTM Raise, Talking to Customer and Vendor (Related to Service) & Closing of Service.
  • Documentations for AMC/CMC.
  • 3rd Party vendor offloading for AMC & CMC.
  • Monitoring of RMS Data.
  • Reporting Authority for review on a regular basis.
  • Experience
  • Min 1-2 years of experience in the Solar Industry.
  • Age range (yrs.)
  • 25-35
  • Salary Range
  • Rs.18K-20K Month (Negotiable).
  • Perks
  • Lodging / Mobile Reimbursement etc.
  • Must Have
  • Bike (Travel Reimbursement on Petrol).
