Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

 Creating or understanding the detailed AutoCAD drawings based on site layout measurements.

 Design and implementation of ETP, STP, and FSTP.

 Searching, Filing, and documentation for relevant bids and tenders.

 Estimating costs as per Public Works Department (PWD) and Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran (MJP) rates and Preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPR).

 Preparing RA bills for ongoing projects.

 Calculating the Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for projects.

 Material Management (ordering, estimating, search new vendor, Quotation check, follow-up)

 Communicating with site engineers and supervisors regarding project progress. (Progress report, material details, expenses checking, labour payment)
