Job Title: AM/Dy.M/Manager Finance & Accounts

Company Profile: It is a 100% FDI funded real estate developer. The real estate investing arm of the $2.5 billion AT Holdings group of companies. Other businesses of AT Holdings include Construction, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy and Asset Management. Co. is developing townships, group-housing projects, commercial landmarks, organised retail destinations, hotels and resorts across Andhra Pradesh, Delhi NCR, Goa, Haryana, Maharashtra, Punjab, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh.

Location: Gurgaon

Work timings: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, 5 Days Working

Reporting to : DGM

Experience: Min. 3 to 5 Years (After completing CA)

Qualification: B.Com & CA

Salary : Open (Negotiable for good resource)

Job Description:

1. Assistance in preparation of Balance Sheet, P/L Account
2. Preparation of WIP/CWIP Report, Prepaid details, Provision for expenses, Security Deposit
3. Handling Internal Audit & Statutory Audit
4. Vendor Reconciliations/Ageing Aanalysis
5. DTCP & RERA Compliance information compilation
6. MIS Reports
7. Other Reports ( Vendor, Expense, Legal, Marketing details)
8. Compilation of data for Business Plan, MIS and other purposes
9. Good Communication skills, good attitude towards work.
10. Good Knowledge of Tally, ERP, MS-Office
11. Good knowledg eof Real estate sector & Accounting Standards

Soft Skills:

1. Effective communication skills - oral and written
2. Good team player and leader
