SQA manager (Supplier Quality Assurance)
Job Description:
Qualification: Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Production, Plastic
Experience: 4 to 10 yrs exp in supplier quality & development
Job profile:
Process audit at supplier to improve supplier process capability - (PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Gauge planning, process planning imrovement)
Product audit at supplier to improve product quality ( Layout inspection , supplier end lot inspection)
SPR score monitoring and improvement
Reduction in GR ppm for select suppliers
Reduction in LR ppm due to supplier defects
DICA completion for GR & LR rejection with 3 lots monitoring after taking action for critical suppliers
Identify the Training needs of Supplier and deliver the training as per plan for select supplier
( Quality improvement tools , kaizen , poka yokes , SPC)
Complete Direct On line ( DOL) supply for A & B class select suppliers
Supplier upgradation from C to B And B To A with respect to quality
Comply with IATF & customer audit requirements and clear Internal audit
Kaizen & poka yoke implementation at supplier
Salary: Rs 4.0 to 6.0 Lac per annum
Work location: Vasai East in Pune
