Working days – Monday to Friday
Location – BKC
Time – 9 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Salary- Basis caliber and experience
Other benefits- PF, Mediclaim, Bonus, 24 days paid leave, Bus facility, on-duty meal.
Experience
  • 4-5 years of experience in vendor management, SAP, and operations.
  • Advanced certification and high proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Excel).
  • Proficiency in ERP solutions like SAP.
  • Certifications in software and/or technical tools (preferred).

Job Summary

This role efficiently supports commercial activities, including procurement, vendor management, marketing dispatches, onboarding coordination, and general administration. It ensures the seamless execution of operational processes while adhering to organizational policies and timelines.

Core Job Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Procurement: Initiate and execute all procurements as per defined processes.
  • Vendor Payments: Ensure timely vendor payments as per guidelines.
  • Documentation: Maintain all vendor and Pen Center agreements.
  • Marketing Services: Dispatch inputs, collaterals, batteries, control solutions, PPE kits, and onboarding materials like iPads, laptops, and demo kits.
  • Expense Management: Process field team reimbursements and manage Concur expenses for the leadership team.
  • General Administration: Book conference rooms and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timely initiation of PR process and approval, with PO release before activities.
  • Execution/renewal of all vendor and Pen Center agreements.
  • Vendor claims processed and payments released within the agreed timeline.
  • Dispatch of materials completed on time (inputs, collaterals, onboarding kits, etc.).
  • Concur expense submissions completed as per schedule.
  • Zero audit observations on tasks.
