Territory Sales Manager-Suvidha LAP/Mumbai

Job Description:

Sales and Business Development

• Drive sales of Loan Against Property (Affordable Segment) products in the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), and customers to generate business leads.
• Identify and target untapped markets for the LAP affordable segment.
• Ensure proper pricing, assessment, and risk management practices are adhered to for loans.

Customer Relationship Management

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer grievances promptly.
• Work with the credit and operations teams to streamline the loan processing and disbursement experience.
• Understand customer requirements and provide customized LAP solutions.

Team Management and Training

• Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve team targets.
• Conduct regular training for team members and channel partners on LAP products, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance productivity.

Market Intelligence and Reporting

• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs in the affordable LAP space.
• Provide inputs for product improvement based on market feedback.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal policy guidelines in all business activities.
• Minimize delinquency and ensure quality of the portfolio by working closely with the credit and collection teams.
