and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our digital
marketing efforts.
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital
marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and acquisition across various
digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy in alignment with the bank’s business goals
and objectives.
Digital Channels Management:
o Manage and optimize the bank's digital presence on social media primarily
Innovative thinking and Content creation
Oversee content strategy and creation to ensure it resonates with target audiences, promotes
products/services, and strengthens brand positioning.
Demonstrates innovative thinking and a strong ability to craft compelling narratives and
engaging content across various media formats, aligning with the bank's brand vision and
customer interests.
Proven track record of developing creative marketing strategies and adaptive campaigns that
resonate with audiences and drive brand loyalty.
Campaign Management:
Design and implement digital marketing campaigns, primarily for creating awareness and driving
consideration for said product/service
Campaign approach must also include performance-based advertising and lead generation
initiatives, with an eye on ROI as and when needed

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make
data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Ability to create efficient and effective trackers to monitor campaign performance
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, customer service,
legal and compliance, to ensure alignment and adherence to bank policies and regulations.
Must be a team-player with ability to multi task and manage expectations across departments
and grades
Market Research:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends,
consumer behavior, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Ability to derive useful insights and plug them into practical scenarios to bring our efficiency and
impact
Qualifications:
Master’s degree from a tier 1 or tier 2 institute
Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in content creation and
integrated digital marketing
Strong ability to produce visually engaging content and compelling stories that enhance brand
identity across various platforms.
Proficiency in social and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, hootsuite, radian6, etc).
Strong understanding of online marketing trends, metrics, and best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable
results.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
