Job Description:
  • Candidate will be responsible for developing complete HR process / SOPs, systems and policies applicable for entire organization.
  • Candidate will pro-actively contribute has Strategic HR business partner, by understanding complete business process and requirement of all the functions in the organization, covering all employees. You will closely coordinate and work with each and every functions / Department Head, Divisions Heads, Plant Heads And all HODs, to meet their various HR related requirements.
  • Candidate will be responsible for developing performance management (PMS) systems training and development, activities for the entire organization.
  • Candidate will also handle complete and benefits, statutory compliance / inspection at various locations / plants, etc.
  • Candidate will effectively handle employees grievances and all legal / IR Matters of various Field operations and Plant Operations / locations including Contract Labour Management and all related compliance
  • Candidate will also effectively handle complete man management for smooth operations of all functions, including requirement, development and retention of employees, across the organization and levels and also rewards and recognition.
  • You should have 15-20 years of experience in handling complete HR & IR functions for pharmaceutical company focusing on corporate HR / IR of plant locations.
  • You should be good in developing policies procedures and systems for entire organization and implementation of HRIS software / SAP across the organization at multiple locations.
  • You should have good experience in proactive dealing with all departments heads and functional heads and location heads to meet their HR related requirements.
  • You should have good experience in effective handling IR / Legal of Court matters related to plants and field HR.
  • You should be good in handling all statutory compliance and effectively labour management and it’s all compliance.
  • You must have good excellent skills in effective man management and coordination across the organization and levels for smooth working all the time.
