Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and sourcing activities, with a strong ability to attract and engage top talent. This role will play a critical part in driving the organization’s growth by identifying and hiring skilled professionals who align with our company culture and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.

Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:
- Utilize various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking to source top-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

Screening & Shortlisting:
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers with detailed evaluation summaries.

Employer Branding:
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance the company’s employer brand and position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.

Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring outcomes in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular reports and analytics on hiring metrics to the leadership team.

Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant labor laws and organizational policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment for various roles across different departments.
- Proficiency in using ATS tools and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance.
