Job Description:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and sourcing activities, with a strong ability to attract and engage top talent. This role will play a critical part in driving the organization’s growth by identifying and hiring skilled professionals who align with our company culture and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Recruitment:

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
  2. Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:

    • Utilize various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking to source top-quality candidates.
    • Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  3. Screening & Shortlisting:

    • Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers with detailed evaluation summaries.
  4. Employer Branding:

    • Assist in developing strategies to enhance the company’s employer brand and position the organization as an employer of choice.
    • Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
  5. Data Management & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring outcomes in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Provide regular reports and analytics on hiring metrics to the leadership team.
  6. Compliance & Best Practices:

    • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant labor laws and organizational policies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment for various roles across different departments.
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance.
