- Identify potential customers, business opportunities, and market segments conducive to the growth of the organization's chemical products.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve overall sales targets across various product segments.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Formulate and execute plans to increase gross profit margin through effective pricing strategies, cost control, and process optimization.
- Ensure timely adherence to the collection schedule from all customers.
- Implement robust credit control measures to minimize overdue accounts.
- Develop and execute plans to increase the market share of Pharma products.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Achieve the target share of wallet by securing new revenue streams from existing key customers.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets from new products.
- Drive the commercialization of Pharma products for key customers through effective marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely completion of customer audits as per the schedule.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address audit findings promptly.
- Implement measures to reduce the turnaround time (TAT) for resolving customer complaints.
- Analyse complaints trends and implement preventive actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, proactively resolve issues, and consistently uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement cost reduction measures within the sales department while maintaining efficiency.
- Regularly review departmental costs and implement strategies for optimization.
- Ensure optimal utilization of production capacity, especially with the addition of new capacity.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to streamline processes and meet demand.
- Undertake specialized projects aimed at enhancing the overall Sales process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and innovation.
