Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Management Lead with 7+ years of experience in managing multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, security implementation, cost management, resource allocation, and disaster recovery planning. Expertise in Linux Administration, VPC configurations, networking, and high availability setup is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Expertise in Linux administration including FileSystem Management, Patching, User Management, service administration, yum utility, upgrades etc.
  • Define and implement security standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Monitor and manage cloud budgets, optimizing costs through Reserved Instances, Spot Instances, and Savings Plans.
  • Design all kinds of network components including VCN, Security Rules, Firewall 
  • Experience to create and manage VPN connectivity between Hybrid Cloud, Cloud-DataCenter etc
  • Experience in design and configure Cloud DNS Management.
  • Experience in creating and managing Load Balancer, Health checks. 
  • Use governance tools (AWS Config, Azure Policy, GCP Policy Analyzer) to conduct audits and enforce compliance.
  • Automate repetitive alert resolutions using cloud-native tools for faster issue resolution.
  • Implement robust monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Operations) for real-time system health tracking.
  • Provide real-time dashboards and periodic reports to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Analyze resource usage trends to forecast future needs and ensure efficient allocation.
  • Educate teams on cloud governance, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Address cybersecurity risks with proactive measures and continuous monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud management with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies and high availability configurations for business continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud management and operations.
  • Cloud Platforms: Expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP operations and services.
  • Governance and Compliance: Proficiency in governance tools (AWS Config, Azure Policy, GCP Policy Analyzer) and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Cost Management: Skilled in budgeting, cost optimization, and resource utilization strategies.
  • Scalability and Performance: Experience in designing auto-scaling systems and balancing cost-performance trade-offs.
  • Monitoring and Automation: Strong knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) and automating resolutions using cloud-native tools.
  • Security and Cybersecurity: Ability to implement and monitor security standards and address cybersecurity risks.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing usage trends for forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Collaboration: Effective communication and teamwork with cross-functional teams.
  • Disaster Recovery: Expertise in designing disaster recovery and high availability solutions.
  • Training and Leadership: Ability to educate teams on governance and compliance while leading cloud management initiatives.
