Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Sr. Operations Executive for a reputed company in Ghatkopar.
The company is founded in the year 1968, is India’s Biggest Manufacturer and Exporters of Bushing Metal Parts for Entire Rating of Power/Distribution transformers, Transformer LV Winding Coils, Fabricated and Tinned Copper Busbars, Flexible Copper Jumpers, Crimping Sockets and Ferrules, Brass Glands, Terminal Connectors, Spades, and all types of high precision nonferrous components for Transformer, Switchgears, Motors, Panel Builders, Electrical and Electronic Industries.
Job Description:-
- Doing Co Ordination with Factory Production regarding client order.
- Doing Dispatch C-ordination.
- Handling Client Co-ordination and communication.
- Export Documentation
- Logistic Co-ordination
- Arranging Transporter
- Dealing with Freight Forwarders
- Handling inquiries, doing costing, giving quotations and follow up for relevant orders.
- Inquiring to vendors, getting offers, negotiating with suppliers, issuing Po's, following up for material.
- Export documentations, duty drawback, import license.
- Online E-Tendering, E-Bidding.
- Approaching new clients and getting the registration through for new clients.
- Preparation of complete documents for ISO Audits, Arranging and facing Audits
Candidates Profile:
- Experience in Manufacturing/Export Industry.
- Good Co-ordination skill
- Good English spoken and written communication.
