Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to expand the affordable home loan portfolio across Maharashtra
  • Identify new market segments and business opportunities in the affordable housing sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of professionals across business development, sales, operations, and credit functions.
  • Formulate and review the credit policy for affordable home loans to ensure sound risk management practices.
  • Approve credit decisions for high-value or complex cases, ensuring appropriate risk assessments are conducted.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards, including those laid out by the RBI and NHB (National Housing Bank).
  • Oversee the end-to-end home loan process, from application through to disbursement and servicing.
  • Work closely with operations teams to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
  • Develop and manage the annual business budget for the affordable home loan division.
  • Monitor financial performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
