Job Description:

 Position:        Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager - HR (L&D)

Location:        Palej Nearby Bharuch

Experience:    2 - 3 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze training needs by discussing with Unit Heads, HODs, and HR Head to address business and talent capability gaps.
  • Use appraisal inputs, developmental KPIs, and skill matrices to frame training strategies.
  • Develop an annual training calendar (September to August) and design monthly calendars based on business priorities.
  • Plan 11-12 monthly programs focusing on technical (70%), safety (20%), and behavioral (10%) topics.
  • Schedule and manage training sessions, ensuring pre- and post-exams are uploaded on the LMS portal.
  • Coordinate with trainers, admin teams, and participants to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Track attendance, test scores, and feedback on LMS, and maintain records for non-management staff.
  • Update skill matrices based on organizational needs and obtain approvals from leadership.
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to map employee skill gaps and identify training needs.
  • Collaborate with the central team to update training modules and incorporate new changes.
  • Support corporate L&D initiatives, including behavioral programs and talent review actions.
  • Manage e-modules, assigning them to target audiences and ensuring timely completion.
  • Oversee DET campus recruitment, including aptitude tests, panel coordination, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate training academy schedules, monitor trainee evaluations, and manage feedback processes.
  • Ensure trainee development plans and mentorship programs are effectively implemented.
  • Handle People Connect processes: onboarding, goal setting, confirmations, and employee transfers.
  • Manage exit formalities, employee records, and PF/Mediclaim documentation.
  • Conduct employee inductions, emphasizing vision, values, and strategic goals.
  • Organize employee engagement activities like birthdays, fun calendars, and success stories.
  • Partner with stakeholders for performance management, goal cascading, and timely appraisals.

Required Skills:

  • Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
  • Experience in Learning and Development, LMS
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and follow up

Required Qualification: - MBA/ PGDM / MSW / MHRM - HR

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
