Location of the Office – Amaseoni
Preference – Female Candidate Married
Work Target-
- She should have a thorough knowledge of all the departments i.e. Operations, Production, Accounts, Sales, Marketing & HR.
- Work with all the departments to identify gaps in process documentation and fill them by developing new or updated workflows.
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure that processes are executed based on cross-functional requirements.
- Monitor existing processes to ensure they meet organizational standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure processes align with company objectives and quality standards.
- Train staff on new processes, policies, or tools.
- Maintain detailed records of processes, improvements, and issues encountered.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects that require process adjustments.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process failures, delays, or quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare process and process audit reports- Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annually.
