3. Coordinate and communicate effectively with staff and management.
4. Handle administrative tasks to support daily operations.
5. Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
7. Support performance management and appraisal processes.
8. Address employee queries and concerns promptly.
9. Facilitate smooth communication within the organization.
10. Participate in organizing staff engagement activities.
