Job Description:
Position: HR Manager
Location: Bhopal
Experience: 12 – 14 Years

Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent across all departments.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Performance Management: Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Employee Development: Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, leadership, and career progression.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize HR strategies related to talent management, retention, and performance.
- Succession Planning: Identify and develop high-potential employees to fill key leadership positions through effective succession planning.
- Organizational Development: Lead initiatives related to organizational design, culture enhancement, and change management.
- Workforce Planning: Forecast staffing needs, manage workforce budgeting, and implement strategies to maintain a competitive workforce.
- HR Systems Management: Oversee HR technology systems (HRIS) to improve HR operations and track key HR metrics.
- Employee Engagement: Drive programs aimed at enhancing employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
- Leadership Support: Provide HR consultation to leadership on key people-related issues, helping drive business objectives and team success.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting collaboration, professional growth, and effective HR service delivery.
