Job Description:

• Senior Software Engineer - III -  (3+ years experience in web/mobile application development with any tech stack having experience with client interaction directly and understands the web/mobile application architecture) (LWD upto 30days max) In person interview mode only (No DevOps or QA )

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering:

  • Engage with clients to understand business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Translate client requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to clients, addressing concerns and managing expectations.

• Technical Architecture & Solution Design:

  • Design and architect robust web and mobile applications with scalable, high-performance solutions.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of application development, including front-end, back-end, and database architecture.
  • Ensure best practices in system design, code quality, and development processes are followed.
  • Lead decisions regarding technology stacks, frameworks, and tools.
  • Optimize and integrate third-party services and APIs into the application ecosystem.

• Tech Stack Expertise:

  • Frontend: React.js, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
  • Backend: Node.js, Python (Django, Flask), Ruby on Rails, Java, .NET, or other backend frameworks.
  • Mobile: React Native, Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android), Flutter.
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, NoSQL.
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
  • APIs: REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, gRPC.
  • Security: OAuth2, JWT, data encryption, secure authentication mechanisms.

• Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams (frontend, backend, mobile) to drive implementation according to the architecture plan.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and developers.
  • Review and improve code quality through peer reviews and testing practices.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Project Management & Delivery:

  • Estimate effort, plan sprints, and set technical timelines in collaboration with project managers.
  • Help define milestones and manage technical risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all technical architecture, codebases, and deployment pipelines.

• Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

  • Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Propose innovative solutions that improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
