Job Description:

BASIC PURPOSE:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented process associate to join our healthcare operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our healthcare processes. This position requires Spanish speaking candidate who adheres to the laws that regulate the state/facility. The job of Compliance Coordinators is to examine, evaluate, and investigate whether contracts are eligible and comply with laws and regulations. Compliance coordinators are enablers to get licenses & permits verified and perform other compliance and enforcement inspection and analysis activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   

  • Stay up to date with healthcare compliance regulations to ensure that the company's procedures comply with the necessary rules.
  • Working professionals with the Facility should have up-to-date credentials/documents in the Facility system and ensure that any additional credentials/documents requirements are needed.
  • Identify offenses, respond promptly and appropriately, and recommend the required corrective actions
  • Follow best practices to help minimize the risk of healthcare data breaches
  • Communicate independently with the facility to ensure that all services are provided in accordance with the compliance program.
  • As per the facility requirement, the professional has all the required documents/credentials in the system and those are valid.

POSITION SCOPE: 

·         Central point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.

·         Facilitate the onboarding process for new healthcare professionals, ensuring all necessary documentation and training are completed.

·         Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. Assist in developing and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

·         Provide support to staff by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

·         Ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks, particularly in data entry and documentation.

·         Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, patients, and external stakeholders. Identify issues proactively and contribute to effective solutions.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

·         Bachelor’s degree (preferably healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field)

Experience:

·         Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Spanish speaker

·         1-2 years of previous experience in healthcare or a similar role is preferred.

·         Familiarity with staffing, payroll, and billing processes in the healthcare sector.

Skills:

·         Excellent & Fluent in Spanish

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Technical proficiency in healthcare management software and data analysis tools.

·         Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·         Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

·         Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and always maintain confidentiality.

·         Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and organizational policies and maintaining high ethical standards in all interactions and decisions. 

 

WORK CONDITIONS:

·         Responsibilities may include sitting for extended periods of time and operating assigned office equipment.   

·         Ability to maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties.

·         High energy work well under stress and the ability to multitask.

·         Office environment, very active and fast paced.
