Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job descriptions, posting openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and extending offers to candidates.
- Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment of skilled engineering talent.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and introductions to succeed in their roles.

Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and conflict resolution.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and complaints in a fair and objective manner.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through initiatives aimed at employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.

Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process, including assisting managers with performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
- Track employee performance, ensure performance evaluations are completed on time, and assist with performance improvement plans as needed.
- Collaborate with management to foster a high-performance culture.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant HR laws and industry standards.
- Assist in audits and maintain accurate records of employee data, including contracts, performance reviews, certifications, and disciplinary actions.
- Help with the preparation and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Training and Development:
- Assist in the identification of training needs and the creation of programs to enhance employee skills and development.
- Coordinate technical and soft-skill training sessions to improve team performance and leadership development.
- Track training progress and assist in maintaining employee training records.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Help manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and compensation.

Health, Safety, and Well-being:
- Work closely with the EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) department to promote and maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Support safety training initiatives and ensure employees are familiar with safety procedures relevant to the engineering industry.
- Monitor employee health and well-being programs, ensuring employees have access to resources to maintain work-life balance.

Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Support efforts to enhance employee engagement by helping to design and implement employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback programs.
- Assist in initiatives aimed at improving employee retention, such as career development opportunities, recognition programs, and mentoring.
