Job Description:

*Job Details :*

•Expertise in selling the financial products to corporates, interacting, discussing and finalising deals with CFO, CEO and other senior officials in corporates and lenders.

•Fluency in written and spoken English.

•Exposure to network of banks, lenders and other investors.

•Having contacts with a network of CA firms / Syndication firms / merchant bankers etc.

•FAS is looking for Business Development candidates for advocating various services relating to banking and other sectors such as –

Detailed Project Report

Appraisal / Techno Economic Viability (TEV) Study

Loan Syndication

Lender Independent Engineer’s Services – End use Certification for bank / Lenders.

Debt Restructuring – Rescheduling existing liabilities in case of non payment.

Due diligence – Technical / Financial

•Canvasing Business for the above product through Banks, other Lenders, Corporates, Equity funds, Asset restructure companies, NBFC’s, Merchant bankers, investment consultants, Chartered Accountants etc.

•Candidates could be from financial consultancy firm, techno commercial consultants like Mott McDonald, D&B, Resurgent etc., merchant banking companies like IDBI Cap, Centrum, Darashaw, RR financials etc., rating companies like Care, Crisil, Brickwork etc. & Asset reconstruction companies like Aerion, ARCIL, JM Financials, IMAP etc. Edelweiss or any of their competitors, relationship management / development profile with banks for corporate banking.

•Remuneration commensurate with the experience.

•Qualification– MBA Marketing or any equivalent master’s in business development, with exposure to financial products

•Experience – 5 years in marketing of wholesale financial products / experience in Financial Consultancy

•Freshers with an MBA in Marketing are welcome to apply.

•1 to 2 years of relevant experience in marketing is also acceptable.
