Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should be energetic, goal-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, property site visits, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Handling & Sales

    • Identify potential clients and understand their property needs.
    • Assist clients in property selection, provide relevant information, and conduct site visits.
    • Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-ups

    • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
    • Follow up with prospective buyers and convert them into sales.
  • Sales Process & Documentation

    • Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth property transactions.
    • Assist in negotiations and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Market Research & Reporting

    • Keep track of real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Provide regular updates on sales performance to the management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Basic understanding of real estate laws and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred for field visits).
