- Designation- Compliance Officer / Asst. Manager / Manager Compliance
- Qualification: LLB/CS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in compliance, preferably in listed securities, debenture trustee compliance, treasury departments of NBFCs, etc.
- CTC: Basis current package and caliber
- Communication: Proficiency in English is a must
- Work Days & Timings: Monday – Friday, 9:15 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Professional with experience in listed securities and debenture trustee compliance. This role involves regulatory and statutory compliance for listed and unlisted debenture transactions, client interaction, due diligence, and coordination with legal and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle compliance for listed and unlisted debenture transactions, including regulatory filings and periodic due diligence.
- Assist clients with queries and ensure timely submission of compliance reports.
- Work on DLT platforms for covenant monitoring and compliance tracking.
- Review charge forms, follow up on compliance documents, and issue necessary NOCs.
- Monitor interest/principal payments and ensure adherence to SEBI (DT) Regulations.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities for compliance-related matters.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and provide insights on new developments.
