Job Description:

Age- 20-25

 

Qualification- 1. BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field 2. Good to have ITIL certification

Experience- 2 Years minimum with team handling

Responsibilities- "1. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture 

2. Setting up clear team goals

3.Delegate tasks and set deadlines

4. Oversee day-to-day operation

5. Monitor team performance and report on metrics

6. Motivate team members

7. Discover training needs and provide coaching

8. Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

9. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

10. Help resolve technical questions for the customer efficiently and eff

 

Technical skills- 1. Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role

2. Good understanding of computer systems, servers and other tech products

3. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Proficiency in English

6. Customer-oriented and cool-tempered

7. Good Team Player

8. Should be proactive in learning and taking initiatives

9. Excellent time management

10. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
