Job Description:

Role: Sales Co-ordinator (Lead Generation)
Designation: Sales Co-ordinator
Gender: Female / Male
Salary range: As per Industry standard

Years of experience required: Fresher/1 to 2 yrs of exp in Tele-calling

Role Summary:

 Responsible for supporting the strategic identification and generation of potential business leads, ensuring a steady flow of prospects to empower the company's growth within the SME sector

Detailed Responsibilities:

 Lead Generation: Collect and collate data of prospective customers. Source information through public domain. Generate leads through various means like online research, social media, or net surfing.
 Lead Qualification: Validate the data. Support the sales team to qualify the leads.
 Building relationships: Responsible for building rapport with prospects and establishing trust.
 Update CRM application: Maintain accurate and detailed records of each call, including outcomes and any relevant information.
 Following up: Responsible for scheduling follow-up calls, sending information, or setting appointments for the sales team to close the deal.

Qualification (Minimum): Any Graduate

Skills:

 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
 Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.

Competencies Required:

 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
 Data Management
 Effective team coordination skills and the ability to work with the sales team to achieve common goals.
