Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate team. The primary responsibility is to generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and schedule site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach to handling customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.
- Generate leads and identify interested buyers/sellers.
- Explain property details, pricing, and offers to clients.
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions.
- Address customer queries and provide necessary information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales.
- Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
- Basic knowledge of real estate trends and market conditions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, English
