Urgent Opening for Assistant Manager- Business Development (IT Sales) in Pune.
Job location : Pune
Timing : 04.30 pm to 02.30 am (no transportation facility)
About Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior IT Sales to join our team and drive growth through new business acquisition and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Lead the charge in IT sales within the US market, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and lead generation targets.

Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and generate qualified leads via phone calls, emails, social selling, networking, events, and other creative channels.
•
Sales Strategy Execution: Utilize advanced sales techniques, including market research and critical thinking, to close high-value deals and expand our market share.
•
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals, track progress, and implement best sales practices.
Qualifications:
•
A minimum of 8-9 years of proven experience in IT sales, particularly within the US market.
•
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive environment.
•
Expertise in lead generation, market research, and sales strategy development.
