Sales Head for Mumbai

Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales/Business Development Head to lead and drive business growth across our portfolio of financial products, including stock broking services, equity, mutual funds, loans, insurance and more. The candidate will have extensive experience in sales, team leadership and a proven ability to achieve and surpass revenue targets while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to meet organizational objectives.

• Identify emerging market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to refine product and service offerings.

• Lead, mentor and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed targets.

• Establish and track sales targets, KPIs and incentives to ensure performance accountability.

• Build and nurture relationships with clients, institutional investors, and channel partners.

• Ensure a superior customer experience to drive retention and increase client value.

• Develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling various financial products.

• Expand the distribution network for products such as equity, mutual funds, loans, insurance and related services.

• Conduct regular market analysis and adapt strategies to capture untapped opportunities.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies in all sales and business activities.

• Oversee training programs to keep the sales team updated on compliance and market practices.

Key Requirements: Education • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience • Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing P&L for financial products like equity, mutual funds, loans and insurance.
