Job Skills:
o Prospect to Closure – managing leads end to end.
o Reporting task progress to the management on regular basis as per the required format.
o Relationship management with the clients, nurturing them for further engagement with the company.
o Analyse industry trends and suggest strategies to management from time to time.
o Willing to be on field for meetings. If required, may also have to travel outstation Other Skills
o Excellent skills required in English fluency in speaking, reading and writing.
o Vernacular fluency will be added advantage to interact with our regional partners and clients. o Teamwork mettle – it’s a team 1st culture so working well in team format is extra points.
o Complete familiarization with sales forecast and reporting. Q
ualification o Graduate (Any) o MBA (Preferable)
Experience o Minimum over all 5 to 6 years in Indian financial markets having good familiarity on Indian Financial Markets ecosystem is key.
o At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales in Indian BFSI sector - this will help the candidate to understand and appreciate us better and will help us to get the best of the candidates experience for the firm’s growth.
Skills Requirement: o Good communication skills – both written and oral
