Branch Operations Manager - Mortgages- Mumbai and Pune

Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)
o The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for the smooth execution of branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
o Custodian & Monitoring Post Disbursement Document movement and consignment of Loan files to Storage after onboarding of Loan files with presentation of instruments required for EMI collection from loan customers.
o Verification of loan documents such as Valuation reports, Legal documents, KYC’s & Financial documents.
o Monitoring of NDC check and processing fresh and subsequent disbursement of Home Loan application.
o Monitoring of Quality check of pre-disbursement documents, repayment instrument and disbursement entries.
o Audit Compliance and Compliance in regards to KYC policy/process.
o Contributed in controlling costs, best TAT on time and managing quality of portfolio
o Follow Up & Collect the PDD and OTC documents on a daily basis.
o Maintain all register & Files as per required by the Operation unit (FRFC Key, Cheque control and In - Outward registers)
o Handling end to end customer service for home loan customers from login to closure of loan accounts.
