Job Description:

The ESG Specialists will focus on integrating climate risk assessments and sustainability strategies into
banking risk frameworks, aligning with regulatory standards like TCFD.


Key Responsibilities:
 Assess and quantify climate risk exposures for banking portfolios.
 Develop ESG scoring models tailored for financial institutions.
 Integrate ESG metrics into credit risk assessments and risk appetite frameworks.
 Prepare TCFD-aligned disclosures and advise banks on sustainability reporting.
 Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of climate-related risks on loan portfolios.
Required Skills:
 Expertise in ESG frameworks, climate risk assessment, and TCFD guidelines.
 Knowledge of banking risk metrics and regulatory integration of ESG factors.
 Familiarity with green financing and sustainable investment trends.
 Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Finance, or related fields.
 Experience working with banking clients on sustainability projects.
