We are looking for a dedicated Techno Commercial Executive at Thane

Job Description:

• Job Title: -Techno Commercial Executive 
• Location:- Thane
• Experience:1-3 years in a Trading Company handling Industrial Products/B2B Sales.
• Salary: Depending on knowledge and experience
• Other Benefits: Paid leaves, PF, Insurance etc.
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday is a weekly off)
• Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Parent Company for purchase requirements and order placements.
• Follow up on material availability and ensure timely deliveries.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Team to manage stock and material allocation.
• Support the Field Engineers by ensuring required materials and documents are arranged.
• Maintain proper communication with Customers regarding delivery schedules as per project needs.
• Handle email correspondence for purchase follow-ups and coordination.
• Keep accurate records of purchase orders, material receipts, and inventory status.
• Ensure smooth coordination between all internal departments for ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of Industrial Electrical Products is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to draft clear and professional emails.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive working style.
