Job Description –

1. Handling local complaints regarding valve failure.
2. Visiting sites to service and support for automation systems like OHT and water metering.
3. Collecting site report on the issue and failure and coordinating with the reporting manager to resolve.
4. Testing the inward materials of automation systems.
5. Taking care of projects at site level.
6. Commissioning of automation systems and water metering systems
7. Providing video call technical guidance to clients over their queries and complaints.
8. Surveying the sites for ACV valves, automation and water metering installation possibilities.
9. Ensure all complaints are closed within a short time and customer feedback is received.
10. Collecting customer feedback form with signature from the site on completion of the work and filing the feedback forms.
11. Coordinating with the reporting manager weekly and updating on the most common issues faced.
