Location: Kolkata
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, client relations, or event management in the hospitality or events industry.
Salary: 45,000 INR + performance-based incentives.

As we continue to elevate the BBG experience, we are looking for a Sales & Client Outreach Manager who can uphold our high standards while driving revenue and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Conversion
● Engage with inbound leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through persuasive yet professional communication.
● Proactively upsell ancillary services, including catering from our partners and décor/event management from our in-house vendors.
● Negotiate pricing within the framework of preset packages to optimize revenue based on seasonal demand.
Client Experience & Relationship Management
● Guide prospective clients through venue walkthroughs, tailoring the presentation to their specific event needs.
● Ensure a seamless booking experience by managing contracts, payments, and follow-ups.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for confirmed clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout the planning process.
● Facilitate coordination between clients, vendors, our operations team ensuring all logistical and creative aspects align smoothly.
Event Coordination & Business Growth
● Stay updated on market trends to refine sales strategies and optimize booking rates.
● Maintain thorough records of inquiries, bookings, and sales performance.
● Uphold BBG’s commitment to exceptional service and communication, ensuring every client experience reflects the venue’s high standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
● Exceptional communication skills – persuasive, warm, and professional.
● Strong sales acumen – ability to close deals while maintaining brand exclusivity.
● Luxury hospitality/event industry experience is a plus.
● Ability to manage multiple clients and vendors while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
● Flexible and adaptable, willing to work as per event demands.
